The committee formulates and periodically reviews the Company’s investment and financing strategies and policies, studies new investment opportunities and submits recommendations to the Board, monitors the performance of existing investments and conducts periodic evaluations, reviews plans for mergers, acquisitions, or divestments and submits recommendations accordingly, proposes the appropriate financing structure for the Company and approves banking facilities within delegated limits, and oversees the implementation of investment and financing policies while submitting periodic reports to the Board.
